FAT TOURIST WRECKS TOWER OF PISA By VINCENZO SARDI

A CHUNKY 550-pound woman's dream vacation turned into a nightmare when she climbed the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and her massive weight caused the famed Italian landmark to tilt an additional 30 degrees -- nearly causing it to topple.

Now horrified structural engineers warn that the celebrated 8-story tower is doomed to fall within weeks -- and the Italian government is threatening to sue the two-ton tubby from central New Jersey.

I think they need a new "structural engineer". From what I hear, an additional 5 degrees would precipitate a tumble ... JB
